This includes high-level hospitality experience, business acumen, training, and general leadership knowledge.As part of our Leadership Development Program, you will be trained in all areas of the business, have access to world-class leadership development, learn to lead a $12 million+ organization, and have the opportunity to build a portfolio that prepares you for a career at Chick-fil-A or your next adventure. You will work alongside the Operator to challenge the current leadership team, innovate new strategies, develop leaders, and influence your community.Mission:Lead teams in executing operational excellence, management systems, and hospitality development.Job Outcomes:Use scheduling templates and alignment to create a shift-by-shift operational strategy. Communicate a safe and affectionate plan to shift change. Organize success throughout the shift through proactive problem-solving, world-class service standards, and operational excellence.Monitor each shifts financial systems using precision and accountability processes. Provide corrective actions and documentation as needed.Train and celebrate leadership behaviors in hospitality with front-of-house teams.
