Overview

The Program Vice President - PMG Strategic Initiatives at Fisher Investments is primarily responsible for enhancing existing processes using optimization and risk model technology, as well as identifying new use cases for solutions. This role involves collaborating with various leaders and teams to align efforts and deliver measurable outcomes while also mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive enhancements to processes using optimization and risk model technology
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in current operations for new capabilities
  • Collaborate across multiple functional groups and lead projects
  • Provide strategic leadership for complex programs across business units
  • Manage end-to-end execution of large programs and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Develop best practices and tools for program execution
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and oversee training materials development
  • Analyze production solutions and prioritize feature enhancements
  • Contribute to training and education during rollouts

Required skills

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment/portfolio related programs
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with optimization and risk model technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to design effective solutions and set policies/procedures
  • Experience in collaborative environments and managing shifting priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
