Overview

As a Program Supervisor at Sevita, you will oversee community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will manage a program unit, supervising a small team and providing direct support to individuals while ensuring compliance with care standards and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee daily program operations
  • Deliver direct support services and maintain program documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual program plans
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
  • Monitor health and medication administration for individuals served
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
  • Manage individual financial records and budgeting for services
  • Conduct routine team meetings and maintain positive stakeholder relations
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment for individuals

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One-year related work experience
  • Supervisory and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of program planning and advocacy
  • Working knowledge of computers
