Overview

As a Program Supervisor at Sevita in Madison, Wisconsin, you will be part of a mission-driven team providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting participants in achieving their developmental goals while fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring they enjoy fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support them with behavioral challenges
  • Help participants in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure participant well-being

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability and teamwork
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
