Job Description

Overview

The Program Supervisor at Sevita will lead a community-based program focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time, non-exempt role involves both supervisory responsibilities, as well as providing direct support to clients, working in a mission-driven environment that values fulfilling careers and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals
  • Oversee daily operations of the program including service delivery and compliance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual program plans
  • Document and review records for accuracy and completeness
  • Attend routine progress meetings and assist with incident reporting
  • Manage health care appointments and medication administration
  • Maintain communication with families, case managers, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and evaluation of direct support staff
  • Ensure employee safety and compliance with safety standards
  • Monitor budgetary compliance and manage financial accounts for individuals served
