Overview

Sevita is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to oversee a single program or unit, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supervising staff, providing direct support, and ensuring health care, compliance, and quality in service delivery while fostering meaningful relationships within a mission-driven team.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the program
  • Assist in development and implementation of person-centered plans
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and licensing standards
  • Document and review individual records and program documentation
  • Manage the health care and medication administration for individuals served
  • Conduct routine progress meetings and training for staff
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of new Direct Support Professionals
  • Monitor financial management of individuals' funds and program budget compliance
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment for the individuals served

Required skills

  • Leadership and supervision experience
