9+ Month W-2 Contract position in Melbourne, FL Pay: up to $42 per hour Position ID: 2722 An excellent position with a large international defense / aerospace company Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 2 Please apply ONLY if you have experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules United States Citizenship is required Due to government contract requirement, we are unable to sponsor at this time. We can ONLY consider your application if you have: 1: Proven experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). 2: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project. 3: Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and reporting. 4: Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance 5: Experience within the defense or aerospace industry. We are looking for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 2 to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. This person will Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. DESIRED (not required) SKILLS: Experience in Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA), Critical Path Analysis, and knowledge of DCMA 14-point health metrics. Deep understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, and Material Cost Management. Bottom of Form Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives. Ensure schedules are integrated across engineering, manufacturing, materials, and finance, conducting critical path analysis and network logic validation. Implement industry standards such as DCMA 14-point analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA). Utilize tools like Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or Primavera P6 to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
