Overview

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a Program Manager for the Student Financial Aid department within Enrollment Management. This role involves managing, designing, developing, and evaluating programs that support the university's mission to enhance student success and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage, design, develop, modify, and present programs
  • Perform program needs assessments and make recommendations
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Maintain budget, prepare contracts, and monitor expenditures
  • Prepare budget requests and financial reports
  • Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations
  • Prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials
  • Provide direct and/or indirect supervision to staff
