Overview

The Program Manager for RHS in LaPorte County is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of participants' needs across various domains including medical, financial, social, and emotional support. This role ensures that quality Direct Support Professionals and support staff are effectively managed to align with Paladin's mission while promoting service operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure service operations and staff practices meet participants' needs
  • Lead staff development and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators and business objectives
  • Manage staffing structures to meet service delivery requirements
  • Promote Paladin's mission through community engagement and networking
  • Supervise staff, enforce policies, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Coordinate case management and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Develop individualized program plans for participants
  • Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct training and development for staff as needed
