Overview

The Program Manager at Paladin Inc. is responsible for managing and ensuring the highest standard of care for participants in areas such as medical, financial, social, and emotional needs. This role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure service operations and staff practices maximize participant engagement.
  • Lead the development and training of staff to understand client needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and manage staffing structures.
  • Promote Paladin's mission at community events and develop networks.
  • Supervise staff, enforce policies, conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate communication and services with agency staff and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations and agency policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for case management.
  • Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure service continuity.
  • Monitor financials and assist participants with benefits maintenance.
