Overview

RIX Industries is looking for a Program Manager I to assist in planning and organizing programs and related activities within the company, which specializes in gas generation systems and cryogenic cooling technologies. The role involves managing programs, maintaining budgets, and fostering communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of standard programs and activities.
  • Manage production or service programs independently.
  • Maintain and track budgets and expenditures for programs.
  • Monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage communications through external customer and government portals.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, creating agendas and documentation.
  • Create reports and assist in proposal generation.
  • Foster positive relations across RIX Teams and with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper technology use for operations and meetings.
  • Implement RIX policies and development of standard practices.

Required skills

  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in program coordination.
  • Familiarity with program management, budgeting, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time-management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with efficient work habits.
  • Ability to exchange information orally and in writing.
