Overview

RIX Industries is seeking a Program Manager I to assist in planning, organizing, and managing programs and activities related to their gas generation and cooling technology products. This role involves operational and administrative duties, ensuring program milestones are met, and fostering positive relations across teams and with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of standard programs and related activities
  • Independently manage production or service programs
  • Maintain budgets by tracking expenditures and transactions
  • Monitor projects to ensure milestones are met
  • Manage communications through various customer and government portals
  • Schedule and organize customer and internal meetings
  • Create reports and assist in proposal generation
  • Ensure appropriate use of technology for operations
  • Implement RIX policies and develop associated practices

Required skills

  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with program management
  • Experience in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Superb time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with scheduling software (i.e. MS Project, ProChain)
  • Ability to work in various customer portals
