Overview

Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to oversee defense contract programs, serving as the primary liaison between the company and government contracting officers. The role involves leading program execution, managing cost and schedule performance, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution and development of defense programs
  • Establish foundational processes, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Manage overall cost and schedule performance, including requirements analysis and proposal preparation
  • Comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations and related laws
  • Interface with government Contracting Officers to maintain relationships and provide updates
  • Brief senior military and corporate leadership on technical and financial statuses
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of objectives
  • Identify and manage program risks with mitigation strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a STEM-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management
  • Military experience and connections within Patuxent River, MD preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance
  • Proven execution of complex technical programs
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and DoD Acquisition Process
  • Knowledge of FARs, DFARs, and ITAR regulations
  • Experience working with DCAA and DCMA
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
