Overview

MedTech Innovator is seeking a Program Manager to support operational execution across innovation-focused programs and initiatives aimed at transforming healthcare. The role involves coordinating program operations, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution through effective stakeholder communication in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational execution across programs or initiatives
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, workflows, and coordination among stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain operational systems, trackers, templates, and documentation
  • Identify operational challenges and coordinate solutions
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and program documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Facilitate application materials and evaluation workflows

Required skills

  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
  • Proficient with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and Zoom
  • Experience in program management, operations, project coordination, and healthcare innovation
  • Familiarity with grant-funded and compliance-oriented programs
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
