Overview

The Program Lead at High Performance Academy (HPA) is a crucial leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of programs, camps, and leagues aimed at the holistic development of youth. This role involves guiding team members, ensuring adherence to HPA's Standards of Excellence, and fostering a safe and engaging environment for both students and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Serve as a key communication bridge between on-site staff, partners, and the Program Team.
  • Oversee daily program operations including logistics, attendance, and equipment management.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and community partners.
  • Support program growth through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Passion for working with youth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children or students, preferably in sports or youth leadership
  • Physical ability to participate in sports activities and lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • 48 College Units or willingness to complete the TABE exam
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
