Overview

As the Program Director for IDD Services at Sevita, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of community-based programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is vital to the mission-driven work of providing essential supports and services, ensuring both the quality of care and the operational success of the programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of one to four community programs
  • Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports and person-centered planning
  • Handle regulatory compliance, stakeholder relations, and advocacy
  • Recruit, retain, and manage program staff, including performance evaluations and training
  • Monitor delivery of services to ensure consistency and relevance
  • Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Experience in Human Services Industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills for relationship management
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
