Job Description

Overview

The Program Director at Beacon Specialized Living is responsible for overseeing multiple locations to ensure that the company's goals, budgets, and clinical effectiveness targets are achieved. This role involves supporting Care Team Managers, managing staffing and resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance across departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned Beacon locations and ensure company goals and budgets are met.
  • Support Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
  • Plan and co-chair monthly staff meetings, coordinating agendas and documentation.
  • Monitor and apply policies and procedures consistently.
  • Review incident reports for timely submission to regulatory agencies.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies and assist with corrective action plans.
  • Manage Census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets.
  • Ensure accurate time-and-attendance reporting and manage staffing needs.
  • Oversee new employee orientation and training compliance.
  • Address personnel issues with HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human service preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in management or supervisory roles in a residential care environment
