Overview

The Program Coordinator for Student Success at UC Clermont College is responsible for administering the scholarship program and providing student counseling to promote academic success and retention. This role includes managing scholarship applications, eligibility reviews, and donor relations, while also supporting students, particularly those from historically underserved backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer all aspects of the scholarship program, including application processing and award coordination
  • Provide student counseling regarding academic progress and financial aid implications
  • Develop individualized success plans for students facing academic or financial challenges
  • Monitor student progress and conduct interventions as needed
  • Analyze retention and scholarship data to identify trends
  • Plan and deliver workshops on scholarship opportunities and financial literacy
  • Collaborate with campus departments for coordinated student support services
  • Maintain accurate scholarship records and ensure compliance with policies
