Overview

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Partnership Development Department within the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. This role is pivotal in enhancing external relations activities, supporting cooperative education, executive education, and various program initiatives. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule after an initial training period, enabling flexibility for qualified candidates within the tri-state area.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, create, and execute events or programs
  • Develop program objectives and monitor data on progress
  • Review objectives to identify problems and develop action steps
  • Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives
  • Administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires
  • Develop marketing strategies to recruit students and employers
  • Interact with university staff, faculty, and external organizations
  • Conduct research to develop proposals and program ideas
  • Supervise staff and manage hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage internal systems including Handshake and Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain organization of internal team operations using Teams

Required skills
