Overview

The Program Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati's Center for Business Analytics plays a pivotal role in managing the financial, operational, and data infrastructure of the Center. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, overseeing contracts, invoicing, and financial reporting while ensuring policy compliance and fiscal stewardship. Additionally, the coordinator supports the development and maintenance of data frameworks and visualization platforms, facilitating integrated reporting and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR, Facilities, and Business Affairs for operational logistics
  • Manage contracts, invoicing, and payment processes across CBA's pillars
  • Facilitate the student hiring lifecycle, including payroll coordination
  • Execute financial reconciliations and track reporting across member organizations
  • Maintain and enhance datasets related to memberships, events, projects, trainings, and financial data
  • Support the implementation of a CBA data framework and visualization platform
  • Participate in financial, business analytics, and operations calls

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, operations, business analytics, or related field
  • One year of program coordination and financial or business analytics experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Knowledge of UC systems such as UCFlex, Concur, and Salesforce
