Overview

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Water Resources Engineer to join their Twin Falls, Idaho office. This role is integral to providing engineering solutions in water and municipal civil infrastructure while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on improving communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with multidisciplinary design teams in planning, design, construction and permitting of water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and utility projects.
  • Analyze engineering data to produce final engineering documents including feasibility analyses and technical specifications.
  • Develop business by building relationships with clients and assisting with proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies on project requirements.
  • Attend client and public meetings to discuss project details.
  • Perform periodic fieldwork including construction observation.
  • Supervise support staff assigned to projects.
  • Manage client projects ensuring quality and professional services.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification
  • 10-20+ years of relevant experience
  • Municipal engineering background
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven technical background and skillset
