Overview

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Program Manager to join their Transportation Services Group in Kennewick, WA. The role focuses on project delivery, client relations, and business development within a supportive and team-oriented environment, aimed at creating better communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead marketing and business development activities for transportation engineering pursuits
  • Develop and manage scopes of work, schedules, contracts, and design budgets for projects
  • Lead the development of proposals and interviews for potential projects
  • Collaborate with project engineers on the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure designs for transportation projects
  • Grow and mentor staff within the team

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Current Washington PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 15 years of Transportation Engineering experience
  • 10+ years of licensure as a Professional Engineer
  • Experience with local public agencies, WSDOT or ITD
  • Strong client-facing abilities through in-person meetings and online communication
  • Experience in business development through successful proposals and client relationships
  • Team management and project deliverables oversight
  • Strong communication and writing skills
