Overview

Adecco is seeking a Production/Machine Operator for a customer in Braintree, MA. This role offers a chance to enhance existing skills while learning new ones in a supportive environment. Operators will work with various computer-controlled machinery and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate computer-controlled equipment including Swiss lathes and grinders
  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections according to print specifications
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Demonstrate effective job performance in quality, productivity, and dependability

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, or Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, and Fanuc Robotics
