Overview

Cargill is seeking a Production Worker for their facility in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves handling various manufacturing operations to produce essential products for diverse markets, including animal nutrition and health.

Key responsibilities

  • Operating equipment and technology tools including mixers, batching, mills, grinders, and palletizers
  • Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels
  • Manufacturing products to meet specifications
  • Interacting with peers and management for continuous improvement of operations
  • Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders
  • Understanding and adhering to safety policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed

Required skills

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various physical tasks
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends
  • Basic experience in troubleshooting mechanical components
  • Prior production-related work experience is a plus
