If you're someone who finds real satisfaction in leading people and running a tight, high-performing operation, we'd like to talk.What You'll DoAs a Production Supervisor at our Pennsauken, NJ facility, your primary focus is your people. You'll lead and develop a production team across machining and/or assembly, owning performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost - and building a culture where accountability and continuous improvement are the norm.You'll move throughout the facility, stay close to the work, and step in on the floor when needed. But at the end of the day, your success is measured by the success of your team.Your responsibilities will include:Leading daily production execution and keeping operations aligned with customer demand and business prioritiesOwning area performance metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costProviding hands-on technical leadership across CNC and manual machining and/or assembly operations - including troubleshooting lathes, mills, and Swiss-type machinesPartnering with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on process improvements and issue resolutionDirectly supervising and developing your production team - coaching performance, providing feedback, and building accountabilityDriving continuous improvement through Lean tools, 5S, and root cause analysisEnsuring compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001/13485) and internal standardsServing as the key communication bridge between the floor and leadershipWhat We're Looking ForEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; ORAssociate degree in a technical or business discipline; ORHigh school diploma/equivalent with progressive manufacturing experienceExperience:Progressive manufacturing experience with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory or lead roleBackground in CNC and manual machining environments (lathes, mills, Swiss-type machines) strongly preferredBackground in medical device, aerospace and defense, automotive, or precision industrial manufacturing welcomedSkills:Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and performanceAbility to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specificationsSolid problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-mix environmentClear communicator who can influence across all levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 9001/13485)Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor or similar)Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement toolsDemonstrated ability to lead structured problem solving and root cause analysisExperience driving cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and efficiency improvementsSolid understanding of CNC machining setup principles and process troubleshootingCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $82,135 - $102,669 annually Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
