Overview

United Gear & Assembly is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in a manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient operations while supervising approximately 30 employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate training activities for personnel
  • Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products
  • Ensure scheduling meets business and customer requirements
  • Maintain safety through good housekeeping practices
  • Achieve efficiency, scrap, and setup objectives
  • Maintain daily attendance through ADP payroll system
  • Maintain discipline on the shop floor
  • Perform annual reviews
