Olymel is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Brampton, Ontario location. This role involves coordinating and supervising production activities while ensuring quality and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise activities of production employees
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Motivate and direct employees for continuous improvement
  • Review production schedule for manpower and staffing needs
  • Resolve work problems to enhance productivity and quality
  • Prepare accurate and timely production reports
  • Organize employee training and team meetings
  • Understand and adhere to the Collective Agreement
  • Request and control materials and supplies

Required skills

  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role in the food industry
