Overview

The Production Supervisor role is focused on managing operations in a wood manufacturing facility during the 3rd shift. This position requires a driven and teachable leader who reports to the Plant Superintendent and will oversee either green end or dry end operations, aiming for safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor production teams in a high-performing environment
  • Oversee green end or dry end manufacturing to hit safety and volume targets
  • Troubleshoot machinery and implement solutions to maximize performance
  • Take personal ownership of strategic plant improvement initiatives
