Primient is seeking a Production / Staff Process Engineer to join their team in Dayton, Ohio. This role serves as an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to develop their skills in manufacturing and chemical engineering while being part of a collaborative environment focused on excellence and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure products meet quality, cost, and efficiency requirements
  • Monitor day-to-day production results
  • Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements
  • Assist with process troubleshooting and develop corrective action plans
  • Contribute to the design of moderately complex projects and handle elements of major projects

Required skills

  • BSc in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
