Overview

The Production Process Control Manager at Livetrends Design Group LLC is responsible for motivating and guiding production staff while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. The role involves managing production schedules, developing workflow policies, and implementing processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

  • Motivate and support production staff
  • Ensure safety and health standards are met
  • Communicate with upper management regarding production issues
  • Evaluate resources to minimize downtime
  • Establish productivity goals for manufacturing teams
  • Develop and improve workflow policies and SOPs
  • Oversee production schedules and timesheets
  • Manage and liaise with other departments including Shipping, Inventory, Sales, and NPD
  • Implement new processes for assembly and material handling
  • Monitor quality control throughout the production process
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events

Required skills
