Overview

Workbox Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Line Associate in Big Rapids, MI, for its Production Paint Department. The successful candidate will be essential in ensuring quality standards and production goals are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment through various painting operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify correct parts per paint sequence using production dispatch monitors
  • Distinguish parts by size and color and select appropriate racks and hanging patterns
  • Hang parts and unload rack information into the production system
  • Inspect parts for quality issues and report concerns to the team lead
  • Organize parts in the correct racks or carts for assembly
  • Maintain product inventory and return paint racks to proper storage areas
  • Flex throughout the department as needed
