Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming conceptual graphics into high-quality, production-ready artwork, ensuring seamless collaboration between our creative and production departments. Your expertise will help bring our visual content to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Create and prepare files for the production and print departments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications- Translate conceptual graphics into production-ready artwork suitable for printing and manufacturing processes- Assist with addressing production challenges to maintain workflow efficiency- Assist in daily scheduling and coordinate activities to ensure the smooth operation of the prepress environmentSkills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; certification program a plus- Proven experience in graphic design, prepress, or print production- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prepress software- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, FlexiSign a plus- Strong understanding of dimension, scale and file preparation standards- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWe believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and part of something meaningful.
