Overview

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Production Attorney to support active litigation in their Tempe, AZ office. This role involves reviewing, approving, and managing legal documents and case activity for a high-volume portfolio, ensuring compliance with firm, client, and court requirements while demonstrating strong legal judgment and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Review, sign/file, or reject legal pleadings and motions
  • Analyze litigation case files to determine appropriate actions
  • Utilize proprietary software to document the status of accounts
  • Meet or exceed production expectations
  • Comply with client and firm standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate case merits and provide strategic legal recommendations
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and court procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona
  • Multiple state bar licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
  • Experience in litigation or trial (preferred)
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and debt collection (preferred)
  • Comfortable working remotely with a private location and stable internet
