Overview

Zwicker & Associates, P.C., a leading creditor rights law firm, is seeking a Production Attorney to support active litigation through the review and management of legal documents in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes compliance, strong legal judgment, and efficient case management to ensure the firm's commitment to ethical representation for its clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Review and either sign/file or reject legal documents related to litigation
  • Assess litigation case files and determine appropriate actions
  • Utilize proprietary software to update account statuses
  • Meet or exceed production expectations
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and court procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona
  • Multiple state bar licenses (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain data security and confidentiality
