Overview

Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate to support its manufacturing operations in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. This role involves ensuring product quality and accurate packaging while adhering to safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect products for quality and pack finished goods to ensure order accuracy.
  • Examine products for defects and report issues immediately.
  • Follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products are printed according to specifications.
  • Package products for shipping while adhering to proper packing procedures.
  • Complete daily paperwork and production logs accurately.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends, as required.

Required skills

  • Reading, writing, and math skills equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 40-45 pounds frequently and assist with heavier items.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a clean and orderly manner.
