Overview

The Production Associate at Cargill is responsible for supporting the processing of high-quality food products within the protein and salt business. This role involves various duties including trimming, weighing, and packaging products while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Supporting roles in the processing of beef
  • General use of a knife or other tools
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished products
  • Ensuring food safety and quality
