Overview

As a Production Associate at Cargill, you will play a vital role in the protein and salt business by ensuring the quality and safety of food products. Working in a team of dedicated employees, you will support various production processes, including trimming and packaging, while helping to maintain Cargill's commitment to sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Trim fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Support processing roles in beef operations
  • Utilize knives and other tools for food preparation
  • Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
