Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Production Associate role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves assisting with assembly line operations, production support, packaging, shipping, and quality checks, making it ideal for those with manufacturing or warehouse experience seeking long-term stable work.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with assembly line and production operations
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Pull and prepare orders using carts, scanners, and warehouse systems
  • Perform quality inspections and quality control checks
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, lift tables, and warehouse equipment as assigned
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Cross-train in multiple departments as needed

Required skills

  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience
  • Assembly line experience
  • Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
  • RF scanner experience
  • Mechanical or troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
