Production Assistant (Part-Time) Bobby Morganstein Events Philadelphia Region Love working behind the scenes to create incredible events? Bobby Morganstein Events is hiring dependable, hardworking Part-Time Production Assistants to help bring weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, galas, and social celebrations to life. As part of our production team, you'll assist with loading trucks, delivering event rentals, setting up dcor, lighting, staging, furniture, and production equipment, then returning after the event for breakdown and load-out. Responsibilities Load and unload event trucks safely and efficiently Assist with the installation and breakdown of event dcor, furniture, lighting, staging, pipe & drape, and other rental equipment Follow production schedules and work with crew leaders on-site Handle rental inventory with care Represent Bobby Morganstein Events professionally while working at venues and client locations Qualifications Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules Experience in events, production, moving, warehouse, staging, or construction is a plus, but not required-we're happy to train motivated individuals.
