We help businesses, brands, creators, and organizations bring their logos and ideas to life through custom hats, shirts, patches, shirts, embroidery, printing, and branded merchandise.We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person with some hands-on production experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has worked in apparel, embroidery, printing, sewing, production, warehouse, or a similar hands-on environment and is comfortable learning new equipment and processes.This is a great role for someone who already understands the basics of working with custom orders, deadlines, quality control, and production flow - and wants to grow with a small business.What You'll DoResponsibilities may include:Preparing custom apparel and merchandise orders for productionAssisting with embroidery, patches, heat press, DTF, vinyl, or other decoration methodsTrimming, cleaning, folding, packing, and organizing finished productsChecking orders for accuracy, quality, placement, sizing, and overall appearanceHelping keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothlyManaging blanks, thread, supplies, materials, and inventoryReading order details, job notes, and production instructions carefullyCommunicating with team members about job details, deadlines, and issuesHelping troubleshoot basic production problemsOccasionally assisting with customer pickups, order notes, or simple project questionsWhat We're Looking ForThe right person is:Reliable and shows up on timeDetail-oriented and careful with customer ordersComfortable working with their handsAble to follow production instructions accuratelyExperienced in a hands-on work environmentWilling to learn new machines, tools, and processesOrganized and able to work on multiple orders during the dayComfortable working in a small-business environmentAble to stand, move around, and lift boxes of apparel or supplies as neededProud of clean, consistent, quality workExperience We'd Like To SeeSome experience in one or more of the following is preferred:EmbroideryScreen printingHeat pressDTF printingVinylSewingApparel productionPatch productionWarehouse or shippingOrder fulfillmentCustomer serviceGraphic design or logo file setupDirect embroidery or custom apparel experience is a strong plus, but we're open to training the right person who already has a good work ethic and related hands-on experience.ScheduleFull-time or part-time may be available depending on the candidate.Typical schedule is during normal weekday business hours.PayPay depends on experience and skill level.Why Work With UsThreadFixx is a small but growing company where your work actually matters.
