MI Windows and Doors is seeking a Production Assembler to join their Night Shift team in Flower Mound, TX. This role involves assembling door components, ensuring quality compliance, and contributing to a smooth production process while adhering to safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble door components following detailed specifications and production guidelines
  • Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for assembly
  • Inspect assembled doors for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment
  • Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality

Required skills

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings
