Description: OBJECTIVEAs the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of our supply chain software platform. Your primary role will be to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, ensuring development teams have clear direction and priorities. You will act as the key liaison between product management and engineering, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, meets business needs, and provides value to end users. You will play a critical role in maintaining backlog health, supporting agile processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:BACKLOG OWNERSHIP & REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENTOwn and maintain the product backlog for VIZIV, ensuring all items are clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable.Translate product strategy, features, and business needs into detailed Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.Continuously refine and prioritize backlog items based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical dependencies.Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams through clear documentation and ongoing communication.Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements before development begins.Review and approve completed work to ensure it meets defined acceptance criteria and business expectations.AGILE DELIVERY & TEAM SUPPORTAct as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance, clarification, and quick decision-making.Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure smooth agile execution.Work closely with engineering to break down work into manageable increments that align with sprint goals.Identify and remove blockers or escalate issues to ensure continuous progress.Ensure alignment between sprint deliverables and overall product priorities set by Product Management.Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet delivery timelines and changing business needs.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.Support a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.QUALITY, VALIDATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTMentor and guide product team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and user-centric team culture.validate that delivered features meet business requirements and provide intended value to users.Coordinate and support testing efforts, including UAT, to ensure readiness for releaseIdentify opportunities for process improvements within workflows, tools, and team collaboration. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve future iterations. Ensure releases are well-documented and communicated to stakeholders.Support post-release monitoring and quickly address any issues or enhancements needed.
