Product Manager / Owner We need a product manager / owner to help with the execution of the technical and business scalability strategy and to oversee the development and grooming of the associated user story / requirement backlog. Will serve as the product owner for one or more scrum teams.Responsible for oversight and/or implementation of new and/or existing project activities. May be enterprise specific or cross enterprise. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with and to management.Location: Phoenix, AZ Remote Opportunity in the listed location. Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews with a 30 minute durationDemonstrated experience as a Product Manager / Owner with exceptional leadership skills is required. Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum in the oversight of work prioritization, the development of epics and user stories for business and technical requirements is essential. Solid understanding of relevant business issues. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.The following is preferred but not required: Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments, a background in the financial services industry, BA/BS degree. CSPO and/or CSM is a plus.
