This business-critical platform handles public intake, workflow management, and resolution tracking. The Product Manager will own the product vision, prioritize the product backlog, and guide cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle from design and architectural planning to development, testing, and deployment.Key Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the end-to-end product strategy and modernization roadmap. Elicit, analyze, and manage functional and business user stories from diverse operational and executive stakeholders. Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items. Partner with solution architects, software engineers, UI/UX designers, and third-party vendors to determine modern platform and integration approaches. Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prioritize features, technical debt, and defect remediation based on business value, dependencies, and project milestones. Establish product KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform adoption and delivery success. Support organizational change management, end-user training, and adoption efforts. Ensure all technical deliverables comply with standards for security, data privacy, and accessibility (WCAG). Proactively identify technical dependencies, operational risks, and delivery roadblocks to drive timely resolutions. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekRequired Qualifications & Experience Proven track record serving as a Product Manager leading complex legacy application modernizations or enterprise-scale software implementations. Deep experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks, user story development, and backlog prioritization. Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers on system architecture, cloud integration, and UI/UX design. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder alignments across business and technical domains. Familiarity with enterprise security compliance, data privacy standards, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
