Job Description

Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking a Product Manager for Data Management & Platform to help define, govern, and scale data usage across its healthcare platform. This fully remote position requires experience in product management within healthcare IT, focusing on connecting patients, care providers, and financial operations to enable AI-driven innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute the product vision and roadmap for the enterprise data platform
  • Define how core clinical, operational, and financial data is modeled and linked
  • Collaborate with teams to reduce data fragmentation and improve consistency
  • Serve as a product champion for AI and machine learning use cases
  • Ensure data models support claims, visits, authorizations, and care plans
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture on data services and APIs
  • Support the definition of data ownership and quality standards
  • Contribute to documentation of data governance policies

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare IT
  • Understanding of claims workflows and clinical documentation
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in healthcare
  • Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts
  • Experience in agile environments and managing product backlogs
