Overview

The Product Management Administrator at CFS will support a fast-paced product management team in a detail-oriented, analytical role focused on high-impact projects. This position involves managing pricing updates, quotation revisions, and product lifecycle changes, ideal for candidates who thrive in project-based environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Update, revise, and proof customer quotations based on pricing guidance
  • Perform pricing and costing analysis using provided data
  • Ensure quotes meet minimum order and line item requirements
  • Track quotation status and maintain documentation in internal systems and SharePoint
  • Support product discontinuation processes, including data tracking
  • Collaborate with product management, customer service, and cross-functional teams
  • Receive quote updates and apply pricing changes accurately
  • Calculate minimum order quantities across multiple SKUs

Required skills

  • Experience in quoting, estimating, or product/project support roles
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle or discontinuation processes
  • Business acumen and understanding of pricing logic
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid math skills for pricing and quantity calculations
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills
