The Role, Your ImpactReporting to the Director of Innovation, you will contribute to the following challenges:Lead innovation and new product development projects across all brands in the Olymel portfolio.Turn ideas into concrete, profitable innovations aligned with business strategy.Identify and develop innovation opportunities that address consumer needs and market trends.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of innovation projects.Actively contribute to the growth and performance of brands, both in retail and foodservice.What You Bring to the RoleEducation: University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food industry.Skills: Innovation project management, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, communication, leadership, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
