This role oversees daily production operations and ensures compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and USDA guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and direct daily processing operations to ensure production goals, efficiency targets, and quality standards are achieved. Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with USDA regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.Enforce all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, direction, and corrective action as necessaryEnsure proper staffing, line assignments, and workflow efficiency to meet production schedules.Identify and address operational issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Promptly report all safety, quality, and food safety concerns and ensure appropriate corrective actions are initiated.Lead or support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to support operational effectiveness.Ensure accurate documentation of production, safety, and compliance activities.Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and leadership regarding daily operations and issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.Other responsibilities as assigned.Education & Experience: High school diploma or an equivalent GED; 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing, high speed packaging, or food manufacturing experience.Requires a minimum of two - five years successful leadership experience, with a proven track record of positive interaction and follow through with different level of the company.Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and perform metric conversions.Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interact with and provide work direction to employees.Must be certifi
