Overview

The Processing Analyst at 1-800 Hansons LLC plays a crucial role in reviewing contracts related to home improvement services and ensuring accurate documentation. This position involves calculating commissions, entering order information, and communicating with customers to facilitate corrections when necessary. Key responsibilities

  • Review contracts submitted by Certified Home Improvement Experts for accuracy
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and correctly processed
  • Calculate commissions for the sales team based on purchasing contracts
  • Enter detailed notes into customer profiles regarding orders and contracts
  • Contact customers via phone and email to discuss contract corrections

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate math skills (fractions, percentages, etc.)
