Overview

The Processing Analyst at 1-800 Hansons LLC will review and ensure the accuracy of contracts submitted for various home improvement services, including windows, roofing, and siding. The role involves calculating commissions, entering order details into the system, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues with their contracts. This position is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who seek to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and ensure contract documentation is complete and accurate
  • Enter notes into customer profiles with detailed order information
  • Calculate commissions for the sales team based on purchasing contracts
  • Verify pictures match the contracts
  • Contact customers to discuss and resolve contract issues

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate math skills (i.e., fractions, percentages)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
